We reserve the right to discontinue any artwork at any time and may limit product quantities for any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order on our website, you make a formal offer to buy the chosen artwork(s). Carmeloilart retains the sole right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order is not considered accepted until we send a formal order confirmation. We must receive and verify your full payment before processing and approving your order.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to honor order cancellation requests after acceptance. If we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will notify you promptly via the email, billing address, or phone number you provided when placing the order.

All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which controls all returns and exchanges. You confirm and warrant that all purchases are for your personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale, redistribution, or export.

The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time of placement, as indicated in your order confirmation email. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Carmeloilart is not liable for any shipping or delivery delays. All stated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once the artwork is transferred to the designated shipping carrier, ownership of the product and all risk of loss or damage pass to you.
