At Carmeloilart, we believe that welcoming art into your home should be a seamless and worry-free experience. That’s why we’ve designed a straightforward, transparent return and exchange policy—so you can shop for your favorite pieces with total confidence.

ARTWORK QUALITY

If your artwork fails to match the description or visual representations on our official website, you qualify for a full refund.

All our artworks are original oil paintings on canvas, handcrafted by professional artists. Since each piece is one-of-a-kind, minor variations in color, texture, or brushstroke are to be expected.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Should your artwork arrive damaged in transit, we offer a complimentary replacement or a full refund at your discretion.

To facilitate insurance claims and investigations, please provide clear photos of both the damaged artwork and its original packaging.

CUSTOM ARTWORK POLICY

For artworks customized to your specific color preferences or size requirements, we cannot accept returns for custom artworks following delivery.

If you request to cancel a custom order before it ships, a $100 material fee will be applied to cover the cost of supplies already prepared for your piece. (You may cancel your custom order at any time prior to shipment, but cancellations are not permitted once the package has been delivered to you.)

Custom artworks are made-to-order and tailored exclusively to your specifications, making them unsuitable for resale. We appreciate your understanding.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

You have a 30-day window from the date you receive your artwork to request a return for any reason at all.

We will assist you in arranging the return shipping process. The only cost you’ll be responsible for is the return shipping fee.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

· Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your artwork.

· The artwork must be returned in its original, unused condition and packed securely (we highly recommend reusing the original packaging to prevent damage).

· Once your return request is approved, you will have 7 additional days to ship the item back to us.

RETURNS DUE TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE

If the artwork you selected doesn’t fit your space, align with your interior design style, or the size isn’t quite what you envisioned—don’t stress. You’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at: info@carmeloilart.com within 30 days of delivery to notify us of your return request.

2. Our team will send you a return authorization (RA) number and the designated return address.

3. Ship the artwork back to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

4. After our team inspects the returned item and confirms it meets our return conditions, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

· The official return address will be provided only after your return request is approved.

· Please ensure the artwork is carefully packaged with adequate padding to avoid any additional damage during the return transit.
