How are the artworks packaged?

All artworks are carefully packaged by the Carmeloilart team in line with our professional packaging protocols, tailored to different artwork types and sizes:

· Ships in a cardboard box

Stretched or framed large-size artworks will be shipped flat in a heavy-duty, well-cushioned cardboard box. We adhere to strict shipping standards to ensure your artwork is fully protected with premium padding during transit from Carmeloilart to your address.

· Ships in a crate

Stretched or framed small-size artworks will be delivered in a solid wooden crate. For large art pieces, we use extra-sturdy custom crates designed for international art shipping, with industrial-grade packaging materials to fix the artwork firmly and hermetically seal the crate for maximum protection.

· Ships in a tube

Canvas-only artworks are rolled and shipped in a dent-proof hard tube. This method is exceptionally safe for oversized canvas pieces and also helps reduce shipping costs. Upon arrival, rolled canvases can be easily stretched onto wooden stretcher bars or framed by your local professional framer. For paper artworks, we highly recommend sending them directly to a framer for careful, professional unrolling right after delivery.

How long does delivery take?

· Shipping time: Typically 7-10 calendar days via FedEx, DHL or UPS.

· Free shipping: All shipping fees are included in the product price; customs duties are not covered.

· Creating time: Each artwork is hand-painted by our professional artists, taking 7-10 calendar days. The piece you order is created by the same artist who designed the original artwork.

· Total time: Generally, it takes 10-20 calendar days from order placement to your artwork delivery.

During the creation process, our artists will send you real-time photos and videos of your custom piece. You are welcome to share all your requirements (e.g., color adjustments, shade modifications), and our artists will make the necessary changes accordingly. We will only arrange shipping once you confirm full satisfaction with the finished artwork.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Based on your delivery address and the artwork’s size/weight, we partner with leading logistics providers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, as well as specialized art shipping companies for high-value or oversized pieces.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently, Carmeloilart only operates in the U.S. market and provides delivery services exclusively within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping coverage to other countries in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?

For all orders within the United States, shipping is 100% free and included in the artwork price.

HOW TO TRACK LOGISTICS

You can track your shipment via two channels: log in to your Carmeloilart account to view the real-time logistics status, or enter your order number on the official website of the shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS).

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Yes, absolutely! Carmeloilart provides full shipping insurance for all artworks at no extra cost. You have no hidden fees to pay, and we take full responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.

If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?

Under normal circumstances, multiple artworks from a single order will be shipped and delivered together.

Can I get artworks delivered to a different person?

We deliver all artworks to the exact address you provide when placing your order. We usually confirm the delivery date with the recipient whose name is listed on the order. If the artwork is a surprise gift, please notify our customer service team in advance!

 

Shipping Delay Notice

Our goal is to ensure your artwork arrives as scheduled, but please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. If your package does not arrive by the estimated date, here is what you need to know:

·Customs & Holiday Impact: Shipping times can be delayed by variable customs clearance processes or public holidays. During holidays, manufacturers and couriers limit their operations, which is outside our control. Service will return to normal immediately after the holiday period.

·Tracking Number Activation: It may take a few days after your order ships for the tracking number to become active in the courier’s system. If tracking information is not available initially, please check again later.

·Estimated Times Are For Reference Only: All delivery timeframes are based on historical order data and are approximate, not guaranteed.
